Top Performing Account Manager
Adam Olsen, top performing Account Manager at TEAM One began his career with the firm in April, 2011. He started off with the shear excitement of the opportunity as an Entry Level Representative and has progressed to a leading Account Executive in his short time working for the firm. Olsen’s hard work has not gone unrecognized. In December 2011, Olsen has exceeded his goals as well as surpassed 300 plus representatives on the Direct Energy Campaign. He was named, Number One Sales Representative in the Country by Direct Energy’s regional managers.
His favorite aspect of this position is the diversity of the clients and the fact that he gets to consult on a daily basis with small to medium size business owners and help to improve their businesses. “It is a rewarding feeling to be able to improve and strengthen small businesses in the Midwest market.” (Olsen).
Through all the hard work Olsen has put into the firm, being highly self motivated has brought him to this point. He is motivated by – being the best at everything he does. “Work hard for the things you want so you don’t have to settle for the things you get.” (Unknown).
The inspiration and drive that his fiancé and family have offered him has pushed Olsen to become this great success with in TEAM One. They both have a competitive nature, which bounces off each other. It is that extra push that fuels him to reach his individual goals. Olsen is a huge part of our company and he is training his TEAM to follow in his footsteps.
